01 What counts as a learner?
You're billed by active learners — people who engage with your Academy in a given month. Inactive contacts don't count, so your bill tracks real usage.
02 Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Add or remove tools and move between learner tiers anytime. Changes apply to your next billing cycle — nothing is locked in.
03 Does WhatsApp cost extra?
WhatsApp message charges are billed directly by Meta, separately from your Chatac subscription, and vary by country and message category. Prefer to skip those costs? Telegram is a free alternative — the same products run on it with no per-message charges.
04 What about AI features?
AI-powered features (course building, grading, translation, the Helpdesk copilot) run on AI credits. Every plan includes a monthly allowance; you only pay more if you go beyond it, and you set your own limit.
05 What if I have more than 20,000 learners?
